Are you a production manager looking for an autonomous role where you will have a large influence in the success of a business and can progress into a plant manager position?

This company specialise in the design and manufacture of products that are supplied into a niche markets around the world. They are enjoying continued success as a company, and with plans to expand their reach into the USA, they now require a production manager to join the team in a pivotal role.
In this role you will be responsible for 40 staff across 3 shifts. You will be looking to increase and improve production for on time delivery and also look to continually improve the production processes. After a period of around 12 months you will move into a plant manager role.
The ideal candidate will be a mechanical or chemical engineer with experience of managing production teams, ideally 15 or more. Any experience with CI/LEAN and TPM or PPM schedules would be highly beneficial.
