Are you looking for an office based role supporting product faults where you will be actively trained and developed opening doors to several outstanding routes for progression?

Here is a great role for someone comfortable with shift work, who is IT competent and has a good way with customers

The company are a nationwide specialist involved in the Civil Engineering industry and provide geological survey equipment, techniques and project support to major projects across the country. There is a focus and commitment toward training and development within the company and within 1-2 years you will inevitably progress

The role involves working in a customer support team receiving incoming customer fault reports and enquiries or automated warning notifications and following set processes to resolve and escalate them. You will work on 24/7 rotating shift pattern from 8am until 8pm for 3 days, then 3 days off, then 8pm until 8am for 3 days followed by 3 days off

Here is a great role for someone looking to get their foot in the door with a technically interesting firm who will train and develop you and give you definite progression opportunities in 1 – 2 years
