Are you an electrical engineer with an interest in control systems and have knowledge of PLCs?
Do you want a role that is varied, technically challenging, will give you freedom to work on your own and provide you with excellent electrical and control engineering training as well as plenty of overtime?
This well-established company are known for their bespoke innovative machinery for the recycling industry. Due to their ongoing success they now require a Maintenance Engineer to join the task force.
In this role you will be based from the site in Somerset then travel out to customer sites across the UK. You will be servicing and maintaining company machinery along with the occasional panel building on the companies Siemens s7 PLC control systems.
The ideal candidate will be a maintenance or service engineer that has good electrical skills and basic PLC fault finding knowledge, looking to develop their PLC and programming skills.
This is an ideal role for an engineer to join company that will give you the autonomy to service electrical machinery and develop your skills on PLCs with plenty of overtime.
*Based from the Somerset site.
*Covering the UK (1 night stay away a week which is fully expensed)
*Fault finding and maintenance on electrical machinery.
*Full training on fault finding and programming Siemens S7 PLC’s.
*OTE £32000 through overtime and bonus’s.
*Maintenance engineering or service engineering background.
*Electrically biased or hold an electrical qualification.
*PLC knowledge is desirable.
*Candidates must have an interest in controls or automation engineering.
