Excellent role on offer for a Workshop Controller/Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career, running their own depot within a market leading company.
Are you from an HGV background? Do you have experience managing a team to KPI’s, Budgets and Work Schedules? Are you looking for an autonomous role within a market leading company?
Established for over 30 years, this company is a specialist dealer of Heavy Goods Vehicles for some of the world’s most recognised manufacturers. They are currently looking for a Workshop Manager who will have full autonomy in managing the Blandford Depot.
In this role you will be managing a workshop of 10 Technicians, working to run the workshop as profitably and efficiently as possible. You will manage day to day schedules, workloads and budgets, working towards your target KPI’s. When needed, you will also travel to meet with clients to develop relationships and manage complaints.
This role would therefore ideally suit a Workshop Controller or Service Manager, looking to take the next step in their career to manage their own workshop.
* Managing a workshop of 10 Technicians
* Managing budgets, timesheets, workloads etc.
