Business Development Manager (Refractories)
Birmingham – Can be based anywhere in the Midlands
£40,000 - £52,000 + Bonus + Car allowance + Travel + Excellent company benefits
Are you a business development manager from a refractories or steel background looking to work for one of the UK’s leading providers of refractory services who offer their products to a global audience?
On offer is an autonomous role that will involve the sale, purchase and management of tenders and equipment to some of the world’s largest manufacturing companies. Managing your own diary and traveling extensively on an international basis no two days will be the same.
The company in question specialise in the manufacture of refractories and currently employ 25 people in the UK and turned over in excess of £200 Million last year alone.
As the company grows they are looking for an experienced business development manager to help promote sales on a global scale and help improve and streamline the Bid and Tender process which is in place.
There is a lot of international travel with this role so applicants who apply must be flexible on periods of time spent away from home.
Ideal applicants will have experience with either refractories or steel manufacturing.
• Sales of refractory equipment and services provided by the company
• Home based field sales (International travel)
• Managing and overseeing the Bid and Tendering process
• Background in Refractories or Steel manufacturing
