Workshop Manager (Structural Steel)
£35,000 - £45,000 + Pension + 28 Days Holiday + Bonus

This company operate as a Structural Steel supplier to the building trade. Offering complete solutions, they are involved in the delivery of complex structural steel projects to a wide variety of customers.
In this role, the successful Workshop Manager will be responsible for leading a small team of fabricators and workshop personnel. This will involve all aspects of planning and organisation of the workshop as well as leading the restructure of the process and systems in place.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Workshop Manager to put their stamp on a workshop and help the company continue its growth and expansion.

*Planning and organising all work schedules
*Leading the overhaul of the workshop processes and systems
*Must have knowledge of structural steel fabrication
*Experience of developing systems within a fabrication workshop
