This company has been established since the late 90’s and is the leading supplier to some of the world’s renowned electrical organisations. Due to rapid growth and success, they know need a new Technical Support Engineer to join their team.
In this role you will be based at the site in Dunstable and be dealing with product assessment and technical advice across their product range to customers. However some travel to customer sites is required. You will be given delegated responsibilities from the Technical Manager to ensure the smooth running of the department.
This role would ideally suit someone who had worked on site within an electrical and/or in a technical services role (Commercial lighting industry).

* Technical support and customer support.
* Product assessment of new products to relevant British and European standards.
* Site visit assessments and reporting.
* £30,000 to £35,000 + Benefits - Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
* Someone who had worked on site within an electrical and/or in a technical services role (Commercial lighting industry).
