We are looking to bring in Trainee Recruitment Consultants of any discipline who have an interest in going into business/sales/recruitment and has a drive to succeed.
The role is a varied, fast paced and exciting where you will build and develop your own client base, develop relationships and be involved in a thriving environment alongside like-minded people. No two days are the same and on-going training is provided to ensure you become a task expert with the opportunity to become a manager alongside our meritocratic profession structure (you can get there in as little as 12 months).
What might you be expected to do:
• Client tendering
• Sales and new business calls
• Advertising jobs
• Writing job specifications and recruitment policies
• Client meetings
• Negotiating contracts
• Complete starter checks: reference checking etc.
• Helping applicants prepare for interview
• Organising interviews and selection events
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
• Drawing up shortlists
