Salary: £25,856 - £33,752 per annum + BENEFITS
Are you an experienced course leader who can deliver outstanding teaching and learning in welding and fabrication?

This outstanding College is the largest in its area and due to a bustling engineering department this college are now looking to add support to their permanent team through this busy time.
The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable, have a strong engineering background and evidence of assessing in a similar setting. You will also possess enthusiasm, a self-sufficient attitude, coupled with the motivation to teach and to get involved in curriculum development.
*This requires a competent, up-to-date Fabrication & Welding Course Leader with commercial experience from industry, alongside an enthusiastic approach to teaching and engaging our learners.
*We are looking for someone who can teach Level 1, 2, and Level 3 Full time, commercial and Apprenticeship programmes, experience is desirable. An Assessor qualification would be an advantage.
*Essential for this post are an Initial Teacher Training Qualification or the willingness to work towards one, and a minimum Level 3 Welding qualification, with recent and extensive industry experience. You will also have the ability to design programme materials for the department to support the training and assessment programme within the department.
