Carpentry and Joinery Tutor
Full time- Permanent
Salary £25,856 - £29,112 per annum + benefits

This outstanding College has an impressive track record, and Due to a bustling engineering department this are now looking to add support to their permanent team.
This role will suit an experienced lecturer or a passionate individual from a construction background looking for a new direction in their career (must be willing to work towards a teaching qualification/assessor award).
The ideal candidate will be highly knowledgeable, have a strong construction background and love a challenge. You will also possess a passion for the industry, enthusiasm, and a self-sufficient attitude, coupled with the motivation to teach and get involved in curriculum development.
* As part of a successful Construction team you will bring both industry experience and a fresh teaching style to the department, engaging learners from day one.
* The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching on courses within the Carpentry and Joinery Department. These include full time and Apprenticeship courses at Level 1, and 3 and will include the following subject areas Site Carpentry and Bench Joinery.
*You will hold a degree and relevant qualification in the subject area. A teaching qualification is desirable for this post or a willingness to work towards.
*Construction background essential
*Teaching qualification preferred or ability to obtain one
*A good communicator and a vibrant personality
