Are you an electrical field service engineer looking to work for a niche company offering you full training and a chance to boost your earnings through overtime?
Do you have your City and Guilds electrical qualification? Are you willing to work at heights?
Do you have a good understanding of IT systems?
This company specialises in supplying cranes with anti-collision systems all around the UK. Working with mainly construction organisations, they are expanding to provide the same service to other industries; this is why they are looking for a new electrical engineer to join their team.
For the first 2-3 months, you will be working alongside a colleague to learn the skills required to do the job. After this, you will be covering a UK wide patch attending companies that require installation and trouble shooting on this systems.
The ideal person will be a certified electrician with experience working on Cranes and with low voltage systems, running cables, re-wiring and be willing to work at heights.
Any experience working on cranes, (tower or mobile), crawlers or Gantrys is a strong advantage.
Carrying out installation and troubleshooting systems on cranes.
Covering a UK wide patch 80% UK wide, 20% abroad.
Certified Electrician (C&G’s, NVQ, etc).
Experience with low voltage, running cables and re-wiring.
Willing to work at heights.
Covering a UK wide patch (some international travel may be required).
